Can you trust your perception? Often, our perceptions make a snap judgment for us (without our own will) and we just go with it! But here’s the thing: we can shift our perceptions, all it takes is a little intentional thinking. In this episode, I’m sharing two personal stories that changed how I think and look at perception. Together, we’ll dig deep into the situations I share to explore how sometimes the stories we tell ourselves aren’t always in line with reality.

Don’t always believe what you think.

  • Pause and consider a situation you’ve experienced. Run through the story of what happened. Then take 3 deep breaths, release it and then come back and retell the same story as an observer.
